If you are first time user, then you have to sign up on mobile banking app first. For sign up you may require following details

Bank account number

Registered mobile number

Debit card

Customer relationship number(CRN)

When a customer opens a personal account with any bank or any other financial institution then a unique bank account number will be providing to the customer. Customer need a mobile number to be register with bank so that bank can communicate on that mobile number. Debit card or ATM will be provided by the bank. Some bank also provides CRN number which is unique id provided to every customer for future communication.

When you sign up to mobile banking app you need to fill required information such as bank account number or CRN. Enter your registered mobile number, on which you will get one-time password (OTP).

When you enter OTP and captcha (In some cases) then your mobile banking app will be open. Now you can set your 4 or 6 digit mpin.

Sign In (Aready sign up):

Already sign up customer can directly log in to your mobile banking app after entering mpin. After entering mpin which is a unique password, you can open mobile banking app.

Tpin: After mpin setting, you can set your tpin. It can be of 4 digits or 6 digits. When you proceed any banking transaction you have to enter tpin which is a password for processing transaction.

How to change mpin and tpin in your bank?


If you forget your, mpin and tpin then you can reset again. For reset you need to click on forgot password. You need to enter your bank account number or debit card number or CRN number. OTP will be send to your registered mobile number, after entering otp you can regenerate your mpin and tpin.
